The Alliance, first founded as the LEGALLEX^TM Law Alliance by Messrs ChrisChong & CT Ho Partnership, a full service Singapore law practice with strong cross-border corporate finance & securities law expertise, is administered with emphasis on the following:

• Banding together leading law practices from various jurisdictions across the Asia-Pacific for economies of scale and facilitating outward growth opportunities for member law practices (especially in cross-border transactions beyond their respective local business markets), providing comprehensive clientcare handholding, professional business advisory, tax, outsourcing, legal advisory and support services under the brand name of the Alliance;
  
• Connecting clients and prospects alike to leading member law practices, each of which are highly reputable in its national business community and staffed by locals, thereby ensuring familiarity and knowledge of local laws, customs and business market environment, to provide direct ‘on-site’ legal advisory and support services, which are essential considerations for clients undertaking cross-border ventures or offshore investments.
