Hendrarno has over 19 years of experience in attestation and transaction advisory services for publicly listed and privatecompanies in Indonesia. He was a Senior Manager of Assurance Services of the legacy Arthur Andersen (1997-2003) and then Ernst & Young (2003) in Indonesia.

Highlights of his experience include:

• Due diligences for recapitalization purposes of the biggest bank in Indonesia and  certain large regional development banks in Java.
• Due diligences and loans restructuring of certain debtors of Indonesian Banking and Restructuring Agency.
• Performance audits of certain state-owned-enterprises.
• Advisory services for securities offering in Indonesia.
• Share valuations of certain publicly listed and private companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, University of Indonesia
