Steve is our senior consultant specializing in retail/consumer banking information technology. His 15 years of career started as a senior consultant focusing in banking technology and later move ahead to various posts in domestic as well as overseas banking with focus on information technology. Prior to joining the Firm, Steve was the IT Manager of Westpac Banking Corp Australia.

Highlights of his experience include:

• BC for one of the largest commercial banks in Indonesia: lead managed an implementation assistance programme of the bank's financial information system alignment with core banking systems;
• Manager for Information Technology, technically: (1) evaluate and organize software for client-server based network environments (including branch and service/contact centers), (2) lead implementation of technology solution for Central Fraud Unit in Australia Region, including connection with Asis, Citrix and IBM (3) lead implementation of technology solution for Westpac Cash Management which complied with Australian Central Bank in Cash Service regulation, (4) lead Visa and Master Card technology development project as well as Wizard Loan Master Card;
• Principal Consultant of a software solution firm in Singapore, specializing in technology design solution for Management Information System and DSS of Financial Service Industry;
• Senior Manager Credit Card Business Development of a large commercial bank in Indonesia. Responsible for preparing a comprehensive plan regarding technology design, data migration and credit card operational system as well as connection to Visa and MasterCard. Later before he lead Business Process Re-engineering project by evaluating, redesigning and implementing service delivery including its distribution channel (branch, ATM, phone banking), operation area and MIS

Qualifications:

• Curtin University, Perth, Bachelor of Science in Computing (with minor studies in Accounting)
• Trainings in Business Analysis, Project Management, Risk Management, IT Risk and Leadership held in Indonesia and overseas
