Leo started his professional career in Tax, Legal and Business Advisory Division of Arthur Andersen and subsequently joined PwC.  Leo is experienced in investment advisory, corporate restructuring, merger & acquisition, due diligence, PRC tax advisory and compliance, tax audit, tax ruling, outsourcing, etc. 

Leo is specialized in automobile, brewery, chemistry, energy, commodity, tobacco, transportation, etc.  He has worked with a lot of major global corporate clients including Anheuser Busch, BASF, BMW, DuPont, Estee Lauder, General Electric, General Motor, Kingfisher, Lufthansa, National Oilwell, Phillip Morris, Volkswagen, Wacker Chemical, Whirlpool, Yamaha, etc. 

Leo also has professional experience in business advisory services.  He ever assisted several global automobile manufacturers in evaluating and restructuring their dealership networks in China, and also helped several overseas companies to establish and operate their representative offices in China. 

On top of business engagements, Leo has worked with the Shanghai Municipal Government in the planning and implementation of the International Procurement Center and Regional Headquarter projects of Shanghai.

In addition, Leo has authored and published articles in connection with Customs, stock & futures market and social benefit management in various international professional periodicals.
