Kevin Wang obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree at Shanghai International Studies University, majoring in English literature. Kevin is now a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a PRC Registered Tax Attorney.

Kevin started his professional career in Arthur Andersen Shanghai office in 1994 and subsequently joined KPMG Shanghai as Senior Tax Manager in 2002. During his professional life, Kevin has become an expert in advising foreign investors in doing business in the different stages – planning in the pre-investment stage, setting up various business vehicles in China in the investment stage, advising clients on various PRC tax, customs, labor, foreign exchange and legal issues, assisting in some M&A transactions and advising on the disposal of China investment.

Kevin has experience in the sectors including automobile, advertising, banking, insurance, software development, semi-conductor, telecommunication, transportation, chemistry, pharmaceutics, real estate, trading, distribution, foreign contractor and other general manufacturing.

In addition to corporate tax work, Kevin also has assisted both expatriates and Chinese nationals, to design and implement tax efficient packages to minimize Individual Income Tax in China.

The major clients Kevin served including BMW, Bosch, Doll Capital Management, adidas, Infocus, Metro, austriamicrosystems, etc.

Kevin is a Competent Leader of Toastmasters and has made various technical speeches on investment in China in different seminars.
