Director of Accounting Outsourcing – Vietnam Office, Ho Chi Minh

Thang is responsible for day-to-day management of First Trust ACPA Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Office. Thang has been working in the auditing and accounting profession for 13 years. Thang spent more than 8 years working for international accounting firms in Vietnam including Andersen Vietnam and KPMG. Thang has also held financial controller position in a foreign invested property developer in Hanoi with overall responsibility in all aspects of management reporting.

Thang has extensive experience in providing corporate management advisory, auditing and consulting services including corporate finance and transaction advisory, financial due diligence for the merger and acquisition purpose, audits of a wide range of foreign and Vietnamese organisations in Vietnam and conducted training courses to several foreign and Vietnamese companies.

Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration, Asian Institute of Technology‏
• Degree in Bachelor of Economics, Finance and Accountancy University, Hanoi
• Practicing Member of Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA)‏
