Siva has 14 years of experience in providing tax compliance and international tax consulting services, serving about 7 years with the legacy Arthur Andersen Singapore. Siva has extensive experience in providing tax consultancy work to numerous private and listed companies in banking, fund management, financial services, manufacturing, trading, shipping, healthcare, e-commerce and high technology related industries.

Director of Fund Administration & Accounting Outsourcing - Singapore Head Office
Tony is the founder of First Trust Fund Administration and Accounting Outsourcing Services. Tony has over 13 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing services, serving 3 years with the legacy Arthur Andersen Singapore. Having served as the financial controller of a leading investment bank group for 3 years, Tony has extensive experience in dealing with regional accounting and financial issues, including foreign exchange management.
Pham Quoc Hung |
Director of Accounting Outsourcing - Vietnam Office, Hanoi
Hung is responsible for day-to-day management of First Trust ACPA Vietnam. Hung has been working in the auditing and consulting profession for 14 years. Prior to joining First Trust ACPA Vietnam, Hung spent more than 9 years working for international accounting firms in Vietnam including KPMG and Ernst & Young. Hung has extensive experience in providing auditing and consulting services including due diligences and diagnostic reviews for the privatisation and IPO purposes, management system designing, accounting advice and bookkeeping; audits of a wide range of foreign and Vietnamese organisations in Vietnam and conducted training courses to several foreign and Vietnamese companies.

Director of Accounting Outsourcing - Hong Kong Office
Stephen has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Accounting, Administration, Auditing, Finance and Human Resources. Stephen has held financial controller positions with overall responsibility in all aspects of Consolidated Financial and Management Reporting, Legal and Tax Advisory, Budgeting, Human Resources Management and Treasury. Stephen also has extensive experience in month-end accounts closing, consolidation of group's accounts, financial analysis and taxation.
